Not TOO much luggage!
We made it to China about 12 hrs ago. It was a very painful landing as my right ear had fluid in it somehow. Probably to do with my sinuses being full. We had dinner down the street last night and got to choose our food before it was cooked and some cases before it was dead :) We slept from 7pm until around 4 am. We have met the wonderful Angela and attempted breakfast at the hotel. It's supposed to be western and asian cuisine but very little western. The staff finally asked if we wanted fried eggs. We stated yes and they proceeded to bring us fried eggs drenched in soy sauce. They were pretty decent. Next we trudged down the street to the convience store but it wasn't open. An uneventful trek down the street to find a park we'd seen from the hotel was a wild goose chase. We returned to the parking lot of the store and watched a Mother and son play badminton and a Father dance with his infant daughter. We said hello and the baby was so enamored with Andy that she gave him a kiss. It was so sweet. Now we are gorging ourselves with oreos and soda :) and it's just around 9 am :)

Yay!! I'm so glad you are there! I can't believe how little luggage you have with two teenage girls! You have trained them right. I love Gwen's hair! When did she get so big?? And I'm so happy for me that you have internet access so I can follow along! Have a wonderful trip!!
